Tijerino v. Airco

Favorable Verdict Upheld On Appeal

David L. Perry tried this case in Jim Wells County in 1979 against the manufacturer of an incubator which was defective because it delivered excessive amounts of oxygen to premature babies and caused permanent blindness by creating a diseased condition called retrolental fibroplasia. The case was affirmed on appeal.
