A
man suffered a broken neck and was left a quadriplegic when a
United States Post Office truck made an improper left turn in
front of his vehicle, resulting in a collision.
After a non-jury trial and an appeal to the Fifth Circuit by the government,
Mr. Oliveida recovered judgment from the United States.
